Chad Krumpholz is a Board-Certified Physician Associate (PA-C). While "Physician Associate" is the legal title in New Hampshire and the nationally adopted term for the profession, Colorado is currently transitioning its legislative terminology from "Physician Assistant." Chad is licensed to practice in both Colorado and New Hampshire.
